Our Varsity Lakes team uses state-of-the-art technology to ensure your carpets are dried in the fastest and most efficient way possible. The Dri-Eaz Rover High Volume Extractor (HVE) easily removes water, making water damage restoration a simple and cost-effective process. The front-loading wheels and (polymer) glide seals ensure easy transportation, and the joystick and 2-speed controls let you extract water from up to 1,200 square feet at a time. It also features a clear take-up tube so you can monitor the extraction process more clearly and efficiently.

Once the water has been extracted and cleaned, we then further dry it using equipment such as the Dri-Eaz and other powerful commercial fans. Our fans can be left on for 24 hours (however, can be switched off at night and turned back on in the morning if you wish, without being detrimental to the drying process). The Air Scrubberfiltration system is used in common areas with minimal air flow, to remove contaminants that may be harmful to yourself and your family, ensuring the air is filtered, cleaned and suitable for living.
